Equipment Rental - Foggers

Fogger Rental Equipment must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

No Returns Allowed on Fogger Equipment Rentals if any other product except BioWorld Odor Neutralizer is used in Fogger.

The Pet Beverage

We are proud to honor our 30-day Money Back Guarantee on The Pet Beverage. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with this product, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the instructions below to return the product:

1. Call BioWorld Products (559.651.2042) for a Return Authorization Number.
2. Send a copy of the original packing slip or invoice, which has your name and address on it. Write the reason for return on the packing list or attach a separate sheet. (Make sure you keep a copy for your records.)
3. Place the RMA # on the outside of return package and on original or copy of invoice.
4. Place the product in the same container (or equivalent) in which you received it.
5. Ship the product at your expense using FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail to:

Your refund will be credited in the same way you paid (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Check) in approximately 3 - 4 weeks. (Please note we do not refund shipping and handling costs.)
